The most popular are face rejuvenation masks made according to folk recipes. They’ll be more effective if the skin is prepared first: steamed with herbal decoctions - you can make a compress or keep your face over a pot with hot steam. And the home scrub helps remove the top layer of dead cells.

A good exfoliating scrub can be made quickly, for example with mashed berries and sugar. Brown sugar can be added to currants, strawberries, etc. Mix by mashing, rubbing and applying on steamed face for 5-7 minutes, then gently massage the skin along the massage lines and then rinse with warm water. The skin is hydrated and softer - you can apply a mask. Such a scrub can be used no more than once a week, and for very dry skin - twice a month.

It is convenient to make masks at home with vegetable oils - they are always in the kitchen. Flaxseed oil has pronounced anti-aging properties. Can be used alone or mixed with other ingredients. Such a mask is very nourishing: flaxseed oil and honey (1 teaspoon each) are mixed with the raw yolk, placed in warm water for a few minutes, the heated mixture is applied to the face for 15 minutes and then rinsed with warm water.

In a similar way, a mask is made with olive oil, which is rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants. 1 st. l. butter, add the yolks, a little honey and lemon juice, stir until smooth, and apply on face, neck and décolleté for 20 minutes.

Ordinary folk remedy for rejuvenation is common lard: it gives softness and elasticity to the skin and removes wrinkles. Apply a piece of fresh, unsalted bacon to the whole face and after 15 minutes wash with warm and then cold water.

Many homes have aloe plants: masks with biostimulated aloe can work wonders - some of the lower leaves of the plant should be kept on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 10-14 days before use. For the mask: 1 tbsp. l. aloe porridge and milk powder, 1 tsp. honey and raw yolk. Stir until smooth and apply on face for 10-12 minutes.

Herbal infusions, creams, lotions

Homemade creams and herbal infusions perfectly rejuvenate the skin, eliminating fine wrinkles, age spots and other imperfections.

Soothing, cleansing and rejuvenating the skin with an infusion of linden flowers, horseradish, sage and chamomile. Mix the herbs into 1 tsp, pour a glass of boiling water, leave for half an hour, filter and wipe the face twice a day.

The tonic infusion of evening primrose, chanterelle, parsley and dill is prepared in the same way - it refreshes the skin and removes pigmentation. The herbs are mixed and cooked as in the previous recipe, but adhered to for 3 hours, filtered and wiped daily on the face.

Eliminates delicate wrinkles and prevents their appearance by infusing cornflower flowers (2 tsp), St. John's wort (1 tbsp), immortelle, tricolor violets and calendula. Pour the mixture of herbs into ½ liters of boiling water, stick to it for a day and wipe the face twice a day. This infusion is especially good for oily skin.

For dry skin, the following are suitable: fresh rose petals (rosehip), dry chamomile, mint, sage and dill, chopped, poured with 1/2 liter of cold water, boiled and kept at low temperature for 5 minutes. minutes.

Nettle cream rejuvenates all skin types. Gently chop 50 g of fresh nettle, cook in a glass of boiling water, leave for 2 hours, add vodka (2 tablespoons), strain and use in the morning and evening.

You can make homemade cream from the available and cheap ingredients: vegetable juices, yolks and butter. Melt the beeswax (1 tsp) in a water bath, add grape seed oil (1 tbsp) (apricots, peaches) and glycerin (1 tsp). 3 tablespoons. l. the mixture of carrots, pumpkin, cucumber, zucchini and cabbage juices is thoroughly mixed with the raw yolk, mixed with an oil-glycerol-wax mixture and beaten with a stirrer. The mixture was poured into a clear glass jar and placed in the refrigerator. The concentrated cream is used at night: it hydrates and nourishes the facial skin, gives it a healthy look, prevents peeling and irritation.

A light massage with ice cubes helps to slow down aging and preserve the youth of the skin. In the morning, after washing, the skin should be massaged with ice: this improves blood circulation and nutrition, and the cells receive more oxygen.

When removing makeup, it is better to use cosmetic oils - almonds, grape seeds and so on - instead of commercial products. Such cleansing does not contain "chemistry" and at the same time saturates the skin with useful substances. It is better not to wash your face with tap water, but with mineral water, structured water from the refrigerator, or at least boiled.

Rejuvenating tea and conditioner

In addition to skin rejuvenating external agents, there are also active ingredients that act from within: teas, herbal decoctions, infusions, all kinds of tinctures and balms.

Garlic balm helps rejuvenate the skin. The peeled garlic head is poured with white wine (200 ml), boiled on low heat for half an hour, cooled and poured into a bottle together with the garlic. Drink for several months in a row: 1 tsp. Three times a day before meals for 3 days, then take a break for 7 days and drink again for 3 days.

Another balm is made with dry red wine - it fights well against sagging skin. Pour a liter of wine into a mixture of lavender and sage herbs and stick for 2 weeks in the dark in a cool place, shaking occasionally. The infusion is filtered and drunk half an hour before meals each morning.

In order for a woman’s skin to stay youthful for a longer period of time, it is necessary to maintain the synthesis of female sex hormones - estrogens - in the body: they are responsible for retaining water in the skin and stimulating collagen production. Tea made from the berries and leaves of raspberries, strawberries and rosehips is rich in phytoestrogens - brewed and drunk like any tea. If there are no berries, you can only use leaves - for example, young rosehip leaves contain a lot of vitamin C, flavonoids, catechins and other bioactive substances.
